Waiting Patiently (Or Not So Patiently) For This Season To Begin...
Submitted By Wendy Johnstone on Thursday, April 16, 2020
Doesn't it feel like teams should be set and we should all be anticipating the start of the season in a few weeks? As with most things these days there is a great deal of uncertainty regarding the upcoming season.

St George Minor Ball is following the lead of Softball Canada, who has currently cancelled all activity through the end of April. We anticipate an update from Softball Canada at the end of this month, and will (hopefully) be able to make a determination about this season at that time. We do know for sure that the County of Brant has cancelled all Ball Diamond usage until the end of May. Our hope is that we will be able to still run a season - just starting a little later than usual. Please be patient and stay tuned to this page and our Website for updates as they become available. In the mean time, please stay safe...and remember practicing catching and throwing is a great way to get a little fresh air and exercise in your own yard.
