How is St. George Minor Ball Impacted by COVID-19
Submitted By Wendy Johnstone on Tuesday, March 17, 2020
Let me start by saying that our hearts go out to the individuals and businesses that have been affected by COVID-19. We know many families in our community are feeling the impact of suddenly cancelled sports, activities, school and trips - some of which have been in the planning for a year or more. This can feel like a lot for us, and especially our kids to deal with. I hope you all do your best to keep a positive perspective, keep active and stay safe.

Both Softball Ontario and Softball Canada have suspended operations. The Softball Canada Suspension is until April 14, and St. George Minor Ball will follow that mandate. Therefore, all indoor training sessions for all teams at the school, trailers, or the arena are cancelled until April 14. In addition, the trailers are closed to all individuals at this time. We are keeping registration open in anticipation of running a full season. If you have not yet registered but would like to play this summer, please register as soon as possible at:  (you may need to copy and paste this link into your browser)

Note that your registration is not considered complete until we receive payment in full. Payment can be made via EFT to [email protected] using Spartans as the answer to the security question. If you pay via EFT please ensure you include the players name in the comments section.

Alternatively you can mail a cheque payable to St. George Minor Ball to:
