Tickets Are Still Available For The Best Night Out Of The Year
Submitted By Wendy Johnstone on Wednesday, January 29, 2020
St. George Minor Ball will hold it's ultimate raffle fundraiser on Saturday, February 8 at the Arena. This will be our fourth year holding this event which generates the funds we need to continue to invest in the program and keep your registration fees reasonable.

For those of you who haven't been before, here's the chain of events:

6:00 - Doors Open - upstairs at the South Dumfries Community Centre (7 Gaukel)

7:00 - 9:00 - Raffles - Bring Your Loonies! We will have volunteers walking up and down the rows of tables selling raffle tickets for $1 each. We will be raffling off some great prizes including 2 meat prize packs valued at over $100 each, Guelph Storm Tickets, an LCBO Gift Card Basket, Milwalkee Drill & Driver Set, Wonderboom Bluetooth Speaker, etc. In between the larger prizes, we will also be raffling off smaller packages of Meat in speed rounds. Tickets for each raffle are $1 each and we will make a draw about every 10 minutes

10:00 Live cover band Shy Harry  - for those who like to dance we will pack that dance floor

11:00(ish) - We will also have a huge table of other raffle prizes valued at under $100 - we will do the draw for these prizes as well as our 50/50

There will be a cash bar throughout as well as pizza and munchies for sale.

We have a limited number of tickets left - $20 each or $150 for a table of 8. Contact either Wendy Johnstone 905-76-8600 or Natalie McDonald 519-717-0764 to get yours.

We are still looking for a few volunteers. Volunteers do not need to buy a ticket and are welcome to stay once the raffles are done and fully participate in all raffles while they are helping out.

Please help us pass the word. We are looking to sell out this event to support our organization!
